Our facilities for hosting corporate retreats are equipped with wireless Internet access, long distance telephone service, and Dish Satellite. Our corporate event coordinator will customize your retreat. Corporate retreats have exclusive, full use of the entire 720-acre ranch.

For Families

Family activities on the ranch include guided tours, fishing, swimming, kayaking, tubing, hiking, biking, bird watching, and star gazing. Guests have exclusive, full use of the ranch, including river frontage, as only one event at a time is allowed at this privileged ranch.

Wilderness Vacations

Whether hiking or mountain biking, you can explore majestic pecan groves, dense oak knolls, rolling savannah, scenic Trans-Pecos Texas hills, and over one and a half miles on the crystal, clear, spring-fed Nueces River. The ranch provides an environment that is home to a vast array of wildlife and recreation.

Hunting

The ranch is home to exotics and native breeds that include axis, mouflon, black buck and white tail. A Living Waters hunting guide accompanies all exotic hunts, upland bird hunts or flyfishing trips.
